Client: American Century Exhibit—America’s Car Museum
American history and the automobile are inextricably intertwined. The Through the Lens exhibit focused on a century of American history and culture as told through automobiles and period iconography. The challenge for our team was to create an efficient exhibition that could make even some of the more “pedestrian” vehicles shine as the stars of their decade. We created a series of towering posters to create a snapshot of each decade. Visitors were also encouraged to cast their votes for the vehicles that they thought most accurately represented each decade.
