A New Concept for Wine

Client: Ste. Michelle Wine Estates—Seven Falls Brand

Introduced as an on premise wine in restaurants only, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates wanted to develop a relevant brand and experience strategy to test the waters for a new tasting room that might support the Seven Falls brand to the public. Through comprehensive research, relevant brand positioning and audience experience strategies, we were able to genuinely establish and articulate the value of the Seven Falls experience. Using elements from the strategy, an authentically aligned brand concept for a new tasting room was explored, including recommendations for an appropriate location. This project was completed while Lee was an executive partner at Bellevue based Arscentia.
